Undetermined Withdrawal Percent Calculation is Incorrect (Doc ID 2500639.1)

Symptoms

On : Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 10 and later or Campus Solutions 9.0 Bundle 50 or later

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When calculating Return of Title IV Funds (RTIVF), the percent earned for an undetermined withdrawal is now calculating based on the populated midpoint date, which can result in a value slightly over 50%.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Undetermined withdrawals should be calculating as exactly 50%, per regulations

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new worksheet, or change status on completed worksheet to pending
2. Click undetermined withdrawal date box
3. Calculate

WHAT IS WORKING
--------------------------
The issue only effects undetermined withdrawals and only when the term is an odd number of days



Changes

 The code was changed as a result of other related fixes delivered in Campus Solutions 9 Bundle 50 and Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 10
