Goal

With PUM 29 for HCM when deploying Tools Client 8.57.03 get this:
ERROR : PTCDPK-42001: toolsclientconfig:Visual Studio DLL vcredist_x64.exe installation(64-bit) failed
The vcredist_x64.exe is present on the server

This is in the log:

Error 0x80070666: Cannot install a product when a newer version is installed.

How to install Tools Client and not get this message?
