View CL4 Response Record, Application Detail Page Displays Message Not Found (14405,18106) (Doc ID 2501697.1)

Symptoms


After loading in a CL4 response file, a “Message Not Found” error is displayed on the View CL4 Response Records > Application Detail page.

The display should be something that makes sense, or all 0's as was observed in the CS 9.0 release. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > CommonLine Loans > Inbound EC Agent. Run the process.
  2. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > CommonLine Loans > Process CL 4 Inbound Files. Run the process.
  3. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > CommonLine Loans > View CL4 Response Records > Application Detail
