Symptoms

For medium severity exceptions, the exception remains unresolved when it should be changed to allowed status after allowing the exception.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
1. Exception rule that should generate an exception.
2. Run TimeAdmin that creates a medium allowable exception
3. Allow exception on timesheet that would flag the exception as allowed
4. Run next timeadmin and it picks up the exception again setting it up as unresolved.
5.  users cannot create payable for the time with exception resolved.
