Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When cloning a Job Opening containing a inactivate Recruiting Location, no error message is shown to the user and the Inactive Recruiting Location is mapped to the new Job Opening
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inactive recruiting locations should not be allowed on new job openings through use of the clone feature.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Identify a job opening with the Recruiting Location assigned
2. Inactivate the Recruiting location
3. Clone the above job opening to create a new job opening. The new job opening contains the inactive recruiting location.
