ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The CAS Details "Academic Level" field is auto-populated when a new CAS
record is created. The value is populated from HESA Plan Data page if a
COURSEAIM value is defined for the Academic Plan of the application or
student career.

If a value is not defined for the Academic Plan, the value is populated from
the HESA Program Data page if a COURSEAIM value is defined for the Academic
Program of the
application or student career.

The first letter of the COURSEAIM value is translated to an
NQF level as follows:
D (doctoral) = 8,
M (masters) = 7,
H (honours) = 6,
I (intermediate) = 5
C (certificate) = 4.
In other words, e.g. code "D00" would enter an Academic Level code of "8"
into the CAS Details screen, and code "8" = QCF / NQF level 8 (see Translate
Value SAD_PB_ACAD_LEVEL)

The issue is that there are some additional HESA COURSEAIM codes that begin
with letters other than the above that could be mapped:

L = 7
J = 5

Please can these two values be added to the mapping with the same logic as
above- so e.g. a code of "L00" would be mapped to code 8 in Translate Value
SAD_PB_ACAD_LEVEL.
