On : 8.55 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager
When configuring Change Assistant to apply a Change Package for the environment FS92TST1 using FSCM PUM 30 and the search criteria of Standard System Search Criteria > All Updates Not Applied, many pre-requisites are not included in the Change Package and Change Assistant shows the following warning at the Check Compatibility screen in Change Assistant:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Change Package in FSCM PUM 30 using the search criteria of Standard System Search Criteria > All Updates Not Applied
2. Configure Change Assistant to apply the Change Package
