EMM: Cannot View Some Time Sheets In Elapsed Time Entry Component (Doc ID 2506228.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to close old Work Orders, but cannot because some Time Sheets associated with those Work Orders are still pending.

In one scenario, a Time Sheet may have 3 versions. Versions 1 and 3 are  Posted, but version 2 is still pending. But when we attempt to open version  2, no detail rows appear and the Time Sheet cannot be submitted for posting.

It appears the page is trying to populate the detail section with rows where the version number is equal to the max version number.

In another scenario, there are two Time Sheets with the same EmplID and Period End Date. When attempting to search for one of those on the Elapsed Time Entry component, instead the other Time Sheet is retrieved. This is because the other Time Sheet is listed first in the database for this combination of EmplID and Period End Date, and those are the only two keys of the component.

How can we close out these pending Time Sheets, when we cannot view them online?
