E-508 : Travel Reimbursement – Notifications – New Notifications Not Accessible using Jaws (Doc ID 2506799.1)

Symptoms


After Creating a form using the Forms and Approval Builder , when an Employee or an Approver / Manager logs in, there is a Notification displayed when  New Notifications are present, including those for Travel Reimbursements.

However when using jaws , the  new notification popup above the Notifications button  is never read out . Not accessible or visible to the accessibility tool.


 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

New notifications should be accessible

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Forms for Approval
2. Login to the same environment with JAWS enabled
3. See the Notifications icon is overlayed by a red popup so that the Notifications list cannot be seen.
