AP_SDN_VAL process is intermittently going to warning status with external system contact exception


  1. Run AP_SDN_VAL.

    Intermittently AP_SDN_VAL process is running to warning status in Process monitor with the following error in log files.
    &i_errorMessageNumber=158,10721,&i_errorMessageText=Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721) (0,0)
    Application Engine program AP_SDN_VAL ended normally
    Note: In addition to the message matching the online text, here is the error texts/data in gateway error log:
      Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721):IOException: The host couldn't be resolved.
