AM: Cannot load Result Scale in Demo

User is not able to enter a mark in the Individual Activity Manager. There are no values in the prompt for the Result Scale.

Expect to be able to enter marks in the Individual Activity Manager.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Activity Management > Individual Activity Manager.
  2. Access the IAM for a student and click on the prompt for the Result Scale.
  3. No valid values.
