ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When navigating as Manager to Manager Self Service -> Team Time -> Workforce Availability the schedule deviation count shows 0 on the left side navigation even though there is at least one employee which came in later than the Schedule Start

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Late Checkings should be considered as Schedule Deviations and should be counter on the left side navigation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log In as Manager to PIA
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service -> Team Time -> Workforce Availability
3. Note the mentioned behavior
