ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When navigating to Pension > Calculations > Review Processing Message the system loads the page for a very long time when the PS_MESSAGE_LOG holds millions of records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to load the results into the grid only according to the filter criteria not the entire MESSAGE_LOG record

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have an environment with millions of data on MESSAGE_LOG
2. Navigate to Pension > Calculations > Review Processing Message
3. Note the poor performance of loading the page.
