Symptoms
When attempting to open Time Summary page, the following error occurs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Fluid Employee Self Service > Time > Enter Time, report and submit time for the employee by populating Business Unit PF and Activity Id
2. Now Click on Time Summary, click on the date to select a previous period date.
