ABMGT: Error "GetField: Field 'PTLAYOUT.PAGETITLE_GROUPBOX' Not Found In Scroll Level 0" on MSS Absence Balances or Cancel Balances (Doc ID 2508230.1)

Symptoms

After configuring the Access Type to "By Group ID: for the HGA_SS_BAL_FLU and HGA_SS_REQCAN_FLU components, when viewing Absence Balances or Cancel Balances in the Team Time Navigation Collection managers get the following error:

GetField: Field 'PTLAYOUT.PAGETITLE_GROUPBOX' not found in scroll level 0.
HR_PSEL_GROUP_FL.Activate PCPC:1199 Statement:16

The specified field was not found in the indicated scroll level. This may occur with various PeopleCode built-in functions that specify a "scroll context" via a series of records and a field name.

Review the PeopleCode that is generating the message and the page definition and correct as appropriate.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. As Administrator, Navigation: Set up HCM > Common Definitions > Direct Reports for Managers > Configure Direct Report for UI
2. Select the configure button for HGA_SS_BAL_FLU and HGA_SS_REQCAN_FLU and set the Access type as By Group ID
3. As Manager, Navigation: Manager Self Service homepage, Team Time tile, Absence Balances (or Cancel Absences) page
4. Note above error occurs
