Symptoms
When attempting to access the Run Control Registry Update page, the page displays blank except for URL, with no way for the user to enter any data.
The page should either allow the user to enter relevant data, or the page should not be accessible in the menu.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Enterprise Components, Run Control Registry, Run Control Registry Update.
- Observe the URL displayed on the (otherwise blank) page.

The issue occurs after applying the Run Control Registry Update page first delivered in CS 9.2 PUM Image 12
