E-SSL: SSL is not Working Properly After A Tools Patch and A ReDeploy of PIA (Doc ID 2509512.1)

After patching PeopleTools from 8.55.14 to 8.55.26, SSL does not appear to be working properly. 

Our PIAs were manually redeployed via the standard shell script.
We manually moved the 8.55.14 version of pskey from the backup to the new structure as it was overwritten in the upgrade.

Verified it's functionality & password with the " -list" command.
Went into WebLogic's console and reconfigured the "Keystores" and "SSL" tabs as per our previous documentation. (They had been reset to defaults.)
