Last updated on OCTOBER 14, 2019

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Problem Description
Here are some statement:
1 - Customer currently pays its employees monthly payments on the last business day of the month (most of the time, on the 30th or 31st).
2 - The calendars generated for the payments mentioned before and/or with financial impact, charges and taxes are usually finalized one day before payment until the very date of the occurrence.
3 - After completion of the calendars mentioned in item 2, it is necessary to calculate, conference, adjust and finalize the provisioning calendars, the effect of which is only for accounting. This process takes an average of 2 days.
3 - The events S-1200 and S-1210 have legal deadline for sending to the e-Social until the 07th and/or previous business day.
4 - Peoplesoft presents error to submit events S-1200 and S-1210, if all the calculated calendars have not been finalized, including those that only for accounting.

1 - Is there technical feasibility for the generation of S-1200 and S-1210 events without considering the provisions calendar, which impact is only accounting, ie the information presented in them are for internal use only?
2 - If the S-1200 and/or S-1210 events are generated and sent to the e-Social before the calculation of the provisioning schedules and later we need to receive the return and/or re-generate the events, but with the calculated or finalized provisioning schedules will there be restrictions by the system?
These questions are due to a short period to carry out all analyzes, finalization and sending data to the e-Social within the legal term.
