Customer Configured PIH 9.1 with CS 9.2 with Unified navigation and deployed under Load balancer . Load balancer is configured with cookie persistence. The load balancer cookie is also set with the correct cookie domain.
However we still see persistence issues as the LB cookie is not returned to the LB from the client, which in turn issues new LB cookie.
Symptoms
We see duplicate LB cookies and session persistence is not maintained. In this situation end users see intermittent logouts.
