Symptoms
LastPSwdChange Date time, changes automatically without user actually changes password.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open user profile already locked and for which password is expired.
2. Uncheck pswd expiry flag and then mark it before saving.
3.LastPswd change will get updated to current date -366 days.
