E-PC: PeopleCode API PSSpreadSheet SetActiveSheetName method is not working (Doc ID 2511065.1)

Symptoms

According to PeopleCode API Reference > PSSpreadsheet Class > PSSpreadsheet Class Methods: "Use the SetActiveSheetName method to rename the active sheet within the Excel workbook file."
When trying to use this method to rename the sheet name from "1" to another value the spreadsheet is not renamed as expected.

In both cases the sheetname will remain "1".
