EPY: PAYGL02 Needs to be Re-Run After Process Partially Completed and Went To Error Status (Doc ID 2511696.1)

Symptoms

The PAYGL02 needs to be re-run after process partially completed but went to error status

Payroll user has run PAYGL02 process 3 times in the last 24 hours. The first two attempts when to Error status because of a different issue (our connect ID and SYSADM passwords had expired and we received the following error: ORA-28002: the password will expire within 6 days. (SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database. SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting. THIS HAS BEEN RESOLVED). When the user now attempts to re-run PAYGL02, for all paygroups we get the following errors:
Payroll GL Interface - Commitment Accting
 
Processing Company: UC
 
  ERROR-Interface has already been run for Company UC, Paygroup A10, and Pay End Date 23-FEB-2019
 
***ERRORS HAVE OCCURRED - Paygroup A10 was skipped.
  ERROR-Interface has already been run for Company UC, Paygroup ADM, and Pay End Date 23-FEB-2019
 
***ERRORS HAVE OCCURRED - Paygroup ADM was skipped.
  ERROR-Interface has already been run for Company UC, Paygroup C10, and Pay End Date 23-FEB-2019
 
***ERRORS HAVE OCCURRED - Paygroup C10 was skipped.
  ERROR-Interface has already been run for Company UC, Paygroup C12, and Pay End Date 23-FEB-2019
