ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
OSHA 300A Summary Totals are not matching on the PDF and the CSV file.
CSV file has more than one row of information for some establishments and
incorrect totals in the total_djtr_cases and total_djtr_days columns.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Nav: Workforce Monitoring > Meet Regulatory Reports > Regulatory Reports > OSHA
2. Run Incident Report and OSHA 300A Annual Summary
3. Compare reports
