EAP9.2.Supplier Audit Log Doesn't Show Run Control User ID That Is Written In Lowercase (Doc ID 2512357.1)

Symptoms

When running the Supplier Audit Log, if the OPRIDs are lower case, due to the fact that the User ID field from the record RUN_VNDR_AUDLOG is defined as an Uppercase field, it is getting an error for an individual OPRID.
 

ERROR

Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into a 9.2 FIN demo image.
2. Create or copy an existing User Profile to a new one called 'test'
3. Navigate to the report run control page: Root > Suppliers > Supplier Information > General Reports > Supplier Audit Log
4. Add a new run control
5. Enter 'test' in the User ID field and click save.
    It will change 'test' to 'TEST' and tell you the value is invalid.
