On : HCM 9.2.29, Tools 8.56.11.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Paycheck Modeler Doubles Regular Earnings when Addl Pay has Job Data Overrides
For employees that have Additional Pay Earnings with Job Data Overrides on the Additional Pay Earnings, the paycheck modeler doubles their Regular Earnings when any change is made to the check.
This happened after they applied tax updates 18D & 18E they are now on 19-A and it is still an issue.
They are not able to recreate this in their PUM environment because it requires COBOLs to be run and they are not able to run COBOL programs in the image environment.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Pay Check Modeler should work correctly and should not double their regular earnings


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Tax Update 18-D, 18-E & 19-A
2. Model a check for the employee
3. Review the employee Pay check

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upgrade and use Pay check modeler functionality.
