ELM 9.2: After Upgrading to Elastic Search using Peopletools 8.56.13, Global Search Receives Error Message: "Search Exception: [terms] failed to parse field [size] (262,2018)" (Doc ID 2512533.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to ELM 9.2 PUM#18 using PeopleTools 8.56.13 and transitioning from SES to Elastic Search, Learning Search Category returns an error for Global Search.

Error Message: 
"Search Exception: [terms] failed to parse field [size] (262,2018)". LEARNING FLUID Search Category is working. Active Search Categories were redeployed.

 

Steps to Replicate Issue:
1. Log in as a Learner
2. select Learning category for Global Search at top of page and enter criteria
3. click Search button, receive an error message.
