Symptoms
The savings plan enrollment page SAVINGS_PLANS1 will not load in PIA - the following error is occurring: "No matching buffer found for level (15,26)"
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. log in to PS
2. navigate to Benefits>Enroll in Benefits>Savings Plan to try to bring up the problem record.
