EPY: Issues Related to the (MO) MISSOURI W4 FORM (Doc ID 2512687.1)

The issues listed below are from various bugs related to issues with the MO W-4 form. Also, in the same bug, Development will deliver the revised 2019 MO W-4 template.

Issue #1: When Employees update W-4 to Single, the system is requiring Spouse's employment information.

Issue #2: Shouldn't there be more options than M and S for the tax data?
The options for state are:
a) Married with Working Spouse and
b) Married without Working Spouse
c) This condition also occurs for head of household, which does not
necessarily have a spouse.

Issue #3: On the confirmation PDF page, we should print "Exempt" if indicated on lines 7, 8 or 9. Currently, we are printing "E". If the lines are submitted as Not Applicable, we should not print a "N" or "Not Applicable" on the confirmation PDF form. The field should be left blank on
the PDF. Note: The update to the EE tax record is correct. A change is only required on the confirmation PDF.

Issue #4: Using the self-service Payroll Tile, On the W-4 PDF for Missouri, if you select the single Marital status you get an error message when you submit the changes. The Spouse work checkbox does not match with the allowance selected.

Issue #5: After making a Missouri W-4 change from status X to married and spouse works; the save is posting as Married spouse not working.

Issue #6: After 2020 changes are implemented, the MO Tax Withholding form has a new value: line 3 Reduced Withholding.  However there is no associated field in State Tax Data

(Navigation: Payroll for North America > Employee Pay Data USA > Tax Information > Update Employee Tax Data - State Tax Data tab).
