On : HCM 9.2 version, Absence Approval Framework (AWE) with Notification and Escalation (NEM) processing
Issues with the NEM process. for Absence
There are issues with redundant notifications and the escalations not being properly assigned.
Expectation is as follows;
Approver gets initial Approval Email
Approver gets reminder email same content
Approver gets final email
Approver Supervisor is assigned Approval.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Timeout set to
Notify 2 AbsenceSupervisorTimeout
Notify 4 AbsenceSupervisorTimeout
Reassign 6 AbsenceEscalation
2. On Escalate Event set to
Approver Awaiting approval
