AAF Policy Action "Display Alert" Fails To Fire In PT 8.57. (Doc ID 2512721.1)

Symptoms

The 'Display Alert' popup functionality should be working when it is setup to fire with any AAF policy.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an AAF policy to fire "When a Helpdesk Case is Presented"
2. Add "Display Alert" action to the policy.  Save the policy.
3. Open an existing Helpdesk Case for the same BU that corresponds to the SETID of the AAF policy you are using.  Notice the Display Alert popup does not occur.
NOTE: This issue us only present in 8.57.
