ETL9.2:JAWS Screen Reader Reads The Navigation Collection Section On The Page, saying “link Unavailable" on Chrome

Symptoms
When JAWS Screen Reader reads the Navigation Collection section on the page, it says “link unavailable <Item/Page Name>” only on Chrome Browser
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to PeopleSoft with Screen Reader mode ON
2. Click the Team Time on the Manager Self Service dashboard
3. On the Report Time page, hit "R" to command JAWS to start reading at the top of the page. Hit the Down
4. Arrow to command JAWS to start reading the next object. It will start at the Team Time header and will go through the buttons on the upper right of page.
5.Continue to hit the Down Arrow until JAWS starts reading the Navigation Collection section. However, when it reads each item, it reads it as 'link Unavailable <Page/Item name>'. For this one, it will read it as 'link unavailable Report Time', then the next item will read as 'link unavailable Weekly Time' and so on.
