ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Add a custom field to fluid voucher approval page (drop down for approver), where the approver can then select a value from a dropdown before adding comments and choosing to approve, deny etc.

BUT, it is all grayed out, and there is no data on the dropdown,.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should show data for the custom field.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a custom record to Application Source Records via Dev registration 
2. Made sure the keys are the same for this view and the custom record.
3. Drag the custom field (in the custom record) on page composer onto the page.
4. Go back in as approver, and the field appears on the page, but it is greyed out
