E-WL: How To Get Rid of the Exception Type [NO_RESOURCES] (countn't Acquire P_lock) Raised At Line 2872 Of ApacheProxy.cpp Error From The Apache Remote Proxy Server (RPS) Log That Is Being setup With The Weblogic Server (Doc ID 2513169.1)

Goal

When the Apache is configured and setup as Remote Proxy Server (RPS) with Weblogic server that is being used for PeopleTools. Sometimes continously the following message is getting logged in the Apt
