On : 9.1 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changing "My preference" for remote content HCM system from Interaction HUB does not reflect setting as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When cluster Unified Navigation is configured, all "My preference" settings should be same for HUB and content providers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "My preference" in Interaction HUB
2. Change the Regional settings for Date Format YYMMDD
3. Click save
4. Setting do not take effect for content providers HCM

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need to be able to change the "My preference" as needed.
