Symptoms
ExcelUploadforVoucher fails with error "Fatal SQL error occurred" when exceeding 49 rows of data.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the spreadsheet
2. Select the button "Generate XML and Post"
3. Supply necessary information on the window that pops up.
4. Select a destination for the XML file
5. Error: Fatal SQL error occurred
