E-Portal:Page Does Not Render Properly From Email Deep-link To FSCM (Doc ID 2514652.1)

Symptoms

On :  8.56 version, Portal Technology

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Page does not render properly from email deep-link to FSCM  

No issue if user do not perform step 1 - 2 and SSO in directly from the email link.

See screenshot of the "]]>" error not rendering the page correctly and the Fiddler trace for step 1 to 5.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Page should be rendered properly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - Log in to iHub
2 - Click on link to FSCM
3 - Click on email link to FSCM (T&E Report)
4 - Click on the "+" sign to create a new expense line
5 - Page does not load properly - the "]]>" at bottom of page
