Cannot Open/View/Download OnBoarding Documents On iOS Devices (Doc ID 2514722.1)

Symptoms

Several .pdf documents were uploaded to the Configure Documents section of the OnBoarding module.

When an employee tries to view or download these documents from the OnBoarding activity guide in Employee Self Service using an iPhone or iPad, the documents do not open or download.  However, they do open from a PC or Android device.
