On : Campus Solutions 9 and higher
When attempting to navigate to the Return TIV session page ,
the following error occurs.

"Invalid Row number 1 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263) SFA_STD_RTTIV_M.STRM.RowInit PCPC:5363 Statement:39
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to page
2. Enter emplid
3. Click to add
