Fluid Benefit Enrollment Error: "A SQL Error occurred. Please consult your system log for details" (Doc ID 2515859.1)

Logged in to employee self-service to use Fluid Benefits enrollment page for Open Enrollment-clicked the Open Enrollment tile, then clicked on the Review Enrollment push button

The Review Enrollment push button is generating the following error message when it is pushed:
"A SQL Error occurred. Please consult your system log for details"

1. Configure the Fluid OE items according to understanding of what is required and using materials from PI 28 posting
document: Fluid_Benefits_Enrollment_Supplemental.doc
2. Create self-service login - ensure the My Benefits Fluid role is part of the employee self-service profile
3. Prepare Open Enrollment - adjust dates so self-service enrollment can occur for OE 19
4. Log in to employee self-service; click on the Open Enrollment tile
5. Click on the Review enrollment pushbutton in the page.

The same error occurs for other Events as well.
