EAR9.2: AR_STMT Process Is Failing With Unique Constraint Error

Symptoms
When attempting to run ARSTMT, the following error occurs.

Process 175878 ABENDED at Step AR_STMTS.RUNALERT.INS02 (SQL) -- RC = 805
STEPS
-----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to People Tools > Process Scheduler > Jobs - Search for AR_STMT - Add AR_STMT2 & AR_STMT3 processes.
2. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Install > Installation Options - Click on Receivables
3. Click on Parallel Processing Options
4. Change the maximum partitions to 3 for AR_STMT.
5. Navigate to Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Statements > Create Customer Statements - Provide the run control parameters as shown below.
6. Click on run and select below process and submit - ARSTMT is going to no success.
AR_STMT2 & AR_STMT3 are going to no success with unique constraint error.
