Symptoms


Supplier Portal Content Image Issue

After app server and web server are bounced and cache cleared, Supplier Portal content images appear to be lost.


Supplier Portal content images should be displayed .


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create FAQ Content with image
2.Create Employee Portal CREF
3.Create Employee Portal Tile
4.Add Tile To Employee Self Service Homepage
5.Sign out and login .go to fluid home and click on tile created
6.Image displays fine
7.Bounce the webserver and clear webserver cache
8.Log back in and click the tile – notice the missing image

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,supplier cannot see image when they logged in .
