ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
STRAIGHTLINE NOT CALCULATING FOR TRANSITIONING LEGACY LA LEASES
This straightline calculation on legacy LA property operating leases is TIME CRITICAL for the January 1, 2019 transition date to the new accounting standard.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ALL operating leases would have a straightline schedule as of the date of transition regardless of whether or not straightline was calculated in PeopleSoft prior to transition.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a transition to the old leases into new accounting standard
2. Run all the processes
3. Straight line entries are not created for Operating leases.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have straightline entries.
