Users were able to login and navigate throughout the system initially. Then some users started to notice the following error when trying to log into PIA:

CHECK APPSERVER LOGS. THE SITE BOOTED WITH INTERNAL DEFAULT SETTINGS, BECAUSE OF: bea.jolt.ServiceException: Invalid Session

The Application Server log shows:
PSAPPSRV.2272 (212) [2019-03-12T09:28:00.087 GetCertificate] - - - (1) Invalid signon time for user PTWEBSERVER@<host>.
PSAPPSRV.2272 (212) [2019-03-12T09:28:00.095 GetCertificate] - - - (1) (NET.346): Failed to execute GetCertificate request
