EGL 9.2 Override Budget Checkbox Is Not Getting Updated Correctly on Facilities Administration Exception page (Doc ID 2517254.1)

Symptoms



ISSUE
---------------
When clicking ON Override budget in Commitment Control -> Review Budget Check Exceptions -> Facilities Administration -> Budget Exceptions, the setting is not saveed.  

ERROR
---------------
N/A

STEPS
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1) Go to Commitment Control -> Review Budget Check Exceptions -> Project and Grants -> Facilities Administration 

2) Pull up an exception 

3) Click on Go To... 

4) Click on Go to Budget Exceptions 

5) Click on BUdget Override tab 

6) Click on Budget Override and save 

7) Now go back to Facilities Administration and search for the same record again 

8) Note that the override checkbox is checked (this is correct) 

9) Now uncheck the override checkbox and save 

10) Click on Go To... 

11) Click on Go to Budget Exceptions 

12) Note that the Override budget checkbox is still checked.  This is wrong. 

13) Now go back to Facilities Administration and search for the same record again 

14) Note that the override checkbox  is once again checked.  This is wrong.
