ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BICURCNV and BIPRELD delete BI_HDR.ERROR_STATUS_BI values when run.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BICURCNV and BIPRELD processes should not delete BI_HDR.ERROR_STATUS_BI values when run.
Steps To Replicate
-----------------------
1. Locate any invoices which are failed to send emails.
2. Run the process BICURCNV and BIPRELD.
3. Check the value in BI_HDR.ERROR_STATUS_BI.
