Requisition Approval Reassignment Not Sending Notification to Reassigned Approvers (Doc ID 2517550.1)

 How to send email notification to the new approvers when the reassign action performed for the Requisition?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create requisition and submit for approval
2. Login as approver and ensure that worklist have approval request
3. Login back to the requester
4. Navigate to Monitor Approvals
5. Search the requisition
6. Reassign to another approver
Issue : New approver did not get the notification and no worklist entry for the approver.
