EBI 9.2: Customer Contact Email From EBill Payment Doesn't Show Actual Fields Changed (Doc ID 2517580.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

eBill Payment is sending an email to the customer contact when a change is made to a User Profile, but it only shows what fields are changed, not the new values for the fields.  It always shows the same 3 fields, whether changes were made to those fields or not.

Dear <Customer Name>:
For your security, we wanted to let you know that your profile information has changed. If you feel this is in error, please contact us immediately.

<Company Name>
<Company Phone>
<Company email address>



 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The notification email should contain the details of the changes made, not just what fields were changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Customer Portal
2. Open User Profile  (Main Menu > eBill Payment > Profile)
3. Change the radio button for Invoice Delivery Options
4. Click link for Maintain Billing Address
5. Alter the Address in some way
6. Save
7. Go to email inbox and view the email body
