E-NV: nPlosion Formatting (Color, Number and Column/Row Height) in OPENXML mode (Doc ID 2517602.1)

When using OPENXML mode (ExcelAutomation=0) in Layouts that use nPlosion you will notice the following issues

1. The number formatting of all the columns created by the nPlosion process are generated in General format rather then Accounting format.

2. The output row/column height is not as expected.

3. Background color is missing in nPloded cells after moving to OpenXML mode.
