Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT
---------------
The issue is that Schedule Query Type = File and Output = XLS is returning an error message. Schedule Query works fine using Output CSV works fine.

Replication Steps
---------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Login into Demo.
2) Navigate: Reporting Tools -> Query -> Schedule Query
3) Create a New Run Control: PO_REQ_AMTS
4) Enter the Query Name "PO_REQ_AMTS" and Click Run
5) Select "PSOS390" as Server, "File" as Type, "XLS" as format, and specify your Output Destination Path. Click Ok
