Issue reported on PT8.55.26

WorkCenter not passing key values throughout components that share the same search record, but are in different menus.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Tested on HCM 9.2 PUM Image# 21 on PT8.55.26b:
- New Component (Component.Z_INCDT_TST - Z Test Incident) will share same Search Keys (Search Record.INCIDENT_DATA) that are used in Component.HS_INCIDENT (Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Obtain Incident Information > Incident Details)
- Component.HS_INCIDENT has Record.INCIDENT_DATA as the Search Record.
- Component.HS_INJURY_ILL (Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Obtain Incident Information > Injury Details) also uses Record.INCIDENT_DATA as Search Record.
- Test results: Search Keys ARE shared between Components HS_INCIDENT and HS_INJURY_ILL, but not with the New Component (Component.Z_INCDT_TST)

1. Create New Component, using Application Designer, that will use same search keys of the other Components. Place this New Component in a new Menu.
2. Register the Component to the Portal.
3. Create New WorkCenter (Z WorkCenter TST) and add Components Incident Details, Injury Details and the new Component Z Test Incident.
4. Test from WorkCenter.
  - Navigate to the WorkCenter (Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Z WorkCenter TST) and select any Incident Number on the Incident Details component
  - Click on the Injury Details Component. Note that Incident Number is retained and Injury Details for that Incident Number is opened in the target content area.
  - Click on the Incdt Test Component. Note that the Search Page opens, even though the Component uses the very same Search Record (Record.INCIDENT_DATA)

5. Test from Portal Navigation
  - Navigate to Workforce Monitoring > Health and Safety > Obtain Incident Information > Incident Details and select any Incident Number on the Incident Details component.
  - Click on the NavBar > Navigator and select Injury Details. Note that Incident Number is retained and Injury Details for that Incident Number is opened in the target content area.
  - Click on the NavBar > Navigator and select the Incdt Test Component. Note that the Search Page opens, even though the Component uses the very same Search Record (Record.INCIDENT_DATA)
